Dear Clients and Partners,
Considering the developments regarding the further spread of the Coronavirus (COVID-19) in Greece, and as per the advice of the WHO, the Greek government and the General Secretariat for Civil Protection for coordinated efforts to minimize the risk of infection, we would like to inform you about the precautionary measures that we have taken:
For our office personnel we have implemented the home-working policy since Monday 16/03/2020. The objectives of the home-working policy are mainly preventive and in order to ensure the continuous provision of our services, while putting as a priority the well-being of all our employees and their families.
Our salespeople are fully active and will operate with the same commitment as always. Everyone is fully aware of having to pay even more attention to hygiene rules and to work only if in maximum health.
Our service engineers and drivers are fully equipped with personal protective equipment (gloves, goggles and FFP2 / FFP3 masks for maximum protection). All travels abroad have been postponed to ensure the well-being of our employees and minimize the risks.
Our warehouse and logistics staff is working in shifts and uses all necessary PPE.
Furthermore for the good interest of all parties we inform you that from now on and until the end of the health crisis:
- All physical contacts, including handshakes, will be avoided.
- We will keep at least one meter away during our interaction with you.
- When our drivers make a delivery, you are requested to sign the delivery notes with your own pen, to avoid change of hand.
- All related documents such us delivery notes and invoices will be sent to you over email and not in hard copy as in the past.
POSEIDON Marine Supplies assures you for the normal operation of their work activity and guarantees the regular delivery of all orders.

Our Wilhelmsen training sessions are back!
Welding school will host a maximum of five persons per lesson, keeping the required distance of 1.5 meter among the participants and by using all the precautionary equipment (masks. gloves), ensuring the well being of all the attendees.
